Booking Confirmation:

All tour bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed itinerary and booking information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made within 20 days of the tour start date will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 5 days of the tour start date.
In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, a credit voucher may be provided for future use.

Changes to Itinerary:

We reserve the right to alter the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political events, or other factors beyond our control.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant changes to the itinerary.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies.

Health and Safety:

It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure they are in good health and fit for the tour activities.
Any special medical requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Travel Documents:

It is the responsibility of the traveller to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and obtained before the tour departure.

Liability:

India Travel Plans aka My trip my travel is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from factors beyond our control.
Participants are advised to exercise caution and adhere to local laws and regulations during the tour.

Privacy Policy:

Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms and conditions shall be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Agra Court, and any legal proceedings shall be conducted within the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
